Man can you believe it?! Our AYM 2009 Fall Retreat is right around the corner, and I’m SO excited! Now, I love each and everything we do @AYM, but the Fall Retreat has a special place in my heart! I so look forward to it each and every year, for a few reasons. (in no particular order)
1. The fall is my favorite time of the year.
2. The food we get is crazy good…
3. Candlelight worship…

5. Reading our bibles together…
6. Manhunt in the dark. Nuff said…
Robbie's life was never the same 
7. Crazy relay games involving everything from team colors to baby food…

The words in this song are speaking to me so much these past few days. I long for my heart to be like Jesus’s. If you study the life of Jesus, his connection to God is SO evident. It was evident in many ways, but mostly because Jesus only said, did, and lived the way God led Him to. Jesus was able to do all of that because of His daily time with God. We as people can’t expect to survive this world, never mind live the life God has called us to, without the same amount of time spent with God, so that we too, will go where He wants us to, say what He wants us to say, and pray what He wants us to pray…
